1. introduction

this agreement governs your use of pherus, including all software, platforms, research, and community-driven resources we create or host. by accessing or using any part of pherus, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. what pherus is

pherus is a long-term project focused on research, science, technology, and human-centered problem solving. it exists to build knowledge systems, tools, and communities that help people improve their lives and support each other across borders, identities, and circumstances.

some parts of pherus may include sensitive or high-risk information (for example: healthcare access, safety resources, or location-based guidance). this information is provided for awareness and community support only, not as professional, medical, or legal advice.

3. values & position

pherus is built on balance, curiosity, and respect for human diversity. we do not align with any political ideology or group. we aim to question, understand, and improve systems rather than blindly support them.

at the same time, pherus does not exist to attack people for their beliefs. individuals are free to hold personal views. what matters here is how people treat each other.

pherus operates from a non-religious standpoint, focused on research, observable reality, and practical outcomes. this is about how we build and reason, not about targeting individuals.

4. use of the service

you agree to use pherus responsibly. you will not misuse the platform, attempt to harm others, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.

you are responsible for your actions and any content you share. pherus may remove content, restrict access, or take action where necessary to protect the platform and its users.

pherus is currently a founder-led project. all systems, designs, research, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of pherus unless stated otherwise.

contributions from users may be used to improve the platform, but this does not grant ownership over pherus itself.

7. no guarantees

pherus is provided as is. we do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, availability, or that the service will meet expectations. things will evolve, break, and improve over time.

8. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent allowed by law, pherus and its founder are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service. this includes reliance on information, interruptions, or misuse by others.
